Storyline:
Found-footage film is set in 2009, the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, where some were infected water. But it is not 100% know what it is, or as it is transmitted. But when people start turning dead and others start doing strange things, fear turns into panic and the city shuts down. The government seized all images from all possible sources. The government did not want to see. This video is put together with a journalist who was there.
