Storyline:
In 2154 there are two classes of people: the rich, who live in a pristine artificial space station called Elysium, and the rest living in overcrowded, land ruined. Secretary of Rhodes, a government official, will stop at nothing to enforce anti-immigration laws and preserve the luxurious lifestyle of the citizens of Elysium. This does not prevent people from trying to enter the Earth by any means they can. Then, when the unfortunate Max is backed into a corner, agrees to assume a daunting mission that if successful will not only save his life, but could bring equality to these polarized worlds.
